Objective To analyze the effect of Guben zhigong decoction in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 60 patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into study group(Guben Zhibeng decoction plus or minus treatment)and control group(conventional treatment)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100％higher than that of the control group 76.67％(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of burning sensation,vulvar pruritus and pain in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Guben Zhibeng decoction in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,and help the symptoms to subside faster.
