Observation on the effect of Hemabate combined with ergonovine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage through vaginal delivery
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Hemabate combined with ergonovine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage through vaginal delivery and its influence on the amount of bleeding. Methods 76 parturients with vaginal delivery were selected and divided into two groups by simple random method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ergonovine maleate and methyl carbprost suppositing drugs to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. The amount of blood loss and the effect of prevention and treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.32%)(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum blood loss at 2 h and 24 h in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by vaginal delivery, the combination of Hemabate and ergonovine maleate can reduce postpartum hemorrhage and improve the therapeutic effect, which is an ideal combination of drug treatment, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
