Application of Sufentanil and propofol combined anesthesia in laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy and its effect on hemodynamics
Objective To investigate the effects of propofol anesthesia combined with sufentanil anesthesia on hemodynamics in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different anesthesia methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received fentanyl combined with propofol, and the observation group received sufentanil combined with propofol. The hemodynamic level and the incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at different time points. Results The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group immediately after endotracheal intubation,at the beginning of operation,10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum establishment, and at the completion of operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of propofol and sufentanil can maintain hemodynamic stability in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy, and rarely cause adverse reactions, and the safety of anesthesia is guaranteed.
