Clinical effect of modified biochemical decoction on uterine recovery after medical abortion
Objective To explore the effect of modified biochemical decoction on uterine recovery after medical abortion. Methods 100 pregnant women who underwent medical abortion in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into two groups using a lottery method, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups of patients received the same abortion medication for abortion. After the gestational sac was discharged, the control group was treated with drospirone ethinyl estradiol tablets, while the observation group was treated with modified biochemical decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the size of the uterus, thickness of the endometrium, vaginal bleeding, menstrual cycle recovery time, and menstrual follow-up between two groups. Results The length of the transverse and longitudinal diameters of the uterus in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the thickness of the endometrium was thicker than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter vaginal bleeding time and menstrual cycle recovery time compared to the control group, and the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had better menstrual conditions after resuming menstruation than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After medical abortion,in order to promote the recovery of the patient's uterus, the patient can be given a biochemical decoction. After clearing the uterus,it can effectively reduce vaginal blood flow and promote the recovery of the patient's uterus, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
