Evaluation of the effect of IKAP model health education on improving self-efficacy in hypertensive disease patients during pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of IKAP model based health education on self-efficacy of hypertensive patients in pregnancy.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and health education,while the observation group received health education based on IKAP model.The psychological status,quality of life and self-efficacy scores of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after intervention(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on IKAP model has high clinical effect on patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy,which can effectively improve patients'psychological state and quality of life,and improve patients'self-efficacy.
