Clinical efficacy of dydrogesterone tablets combined with hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps and its influence on endometrial thickness
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of desdrogesterone tablets combined with hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps and its effect on endometrial thickness. Methods 48 patients with endometrial polyps who underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy were selected and divided into control group(24 cases with single hysteroscopic polypectomy)and observation group(24 cases with dydrogesterone tablets combined with hysteroscopic polypectomy)by random number table method. The therapeutic effect and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 100%(24/24),which was higher than that of the control group 79.17%(19/24)(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness indexes of the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Desdrogesterone combined with hysteroscopic polypectomy is effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps, which is superior to single hysteroscopic polypectomy, and can significantly improve the endometrial thickness of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
