Objective To analyze the effect of Zishen shugan yin in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression.Methods 100 patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression perimenopausal syndrome were divided into test group and control group by double-blind method,with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Zishen shugan yin.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(hot hot sweat,lower abdominal pain,dry mouth and thirst,chest and hypochasmic pain)and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 98.00％higher than that of control group(86.00％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Zishen shugan yin can obtain good therapeutic effect in patients with perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression,which can improve the symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
