Value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in the differential diagnosis of Stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma and benign endometrial lesions
Objective To investigate the value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the differential diagnosis of stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma and benign endometrial lesions. Methods 40 patients with endometrial lesions were selected, and all patients received routine MRI sequence and DWI sequence examination. The diagnostic value of the combination of routine MRI sequence and DWI in the clinical staging of stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer was observed. Results Taking pathological results as the gold standard,MRI routine sequence combined with DWI diagnosis had a more accurate detection effect in endometrial lesions, and the result was significantly higher than that of the two techniques alone, with statistical significance(P<0.05).MRI routine sequence+DWI sequence technique has a good effect on clinical staging and differentiation of early endometrial carcinoma.Compared with pathological results,MRI routine sequence+DWI technique has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma and benign endometrial lesions, and lower misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate. Conclusion 3.0TMRI has good differentiating effect between stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma and benign endometrial lesions. It is accurate and effective in clinical staging of endometrial carcinoma,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
