The clinical value of CT diagnosis in ovarian and cervical cancer before and after radiotherapy
Objective To explore the clinical value of CT diagnosis before and after radiotherapy for ovarian and cervical cancer. Methods 78 radiotherapy patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, divided into two groups according to disease types(39 cases in the ovarian cancer group and 39 cases in the cervical cancer group).CT scans were performed before and after treatment, and the detection of diseases before treatment was compared. After treatment, further analysis of disease staging was conducted. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total detection rate between the two groups of diseases(P>0.05).Based on pathological examination results, there is no statistically significant difference between CT staging detection and pathological detection of ovarian and cervical cancer after treatment(x2=0.546、0.432,P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with ovarian and cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy,it is recommended to undergo CT diagnosis before and after treatment, which is beneficial for disease detection and clear staging.
