Discussion on the application value of hysterosalpingography in assisted reproductive technology for fertilization
Objective To investigate the sensitivity, specificity and conformity rate of X-ray hysterosalpingography(HSG)in clinical diagnosis of tubal infertility. Methods 199 patients with suspected tubal infertility were selected, all of whom underwent X-ray HSG examination, and the same clinical imaging doctor with high experience and professional title was assigned to complete relevant operations. The examination results were recorded, and the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of X-ray HSG in diagnosing tubal infertility were calculated according to the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results. Results All patients successfully completed X-ray HSG examination, with the highest patency ratio and the lowest obstruction ratio. There was no significant difference between the positive rate of X-ray HSG examination(78.89%)and clinical comprehensive diagnosis(77.39%)(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of X-ray HSG for diagnosis of tubal infertility were 96.75%,82.22%and 93.47%.Conclusion The application of X-ray HSG examination has high sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate in the diagnosis of tubal infertility.
