The diagnostic value of MRI dynamic enhancement combined with CT in endometrial carcinoma
Objective To evaluate the value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with computed tomography(CT)in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods 50 patients with endometrial carcinoma were selected to carry out MRI dynamic enhancement,CT and postoperative pathological examination, respectively,to compare the diagnostic coincidence rate and the accuracy of physical staging. Results Compared with simple CT(AUC 0.863)and enhanced MRI(AUC 0.920),dynamic MRI+CT had a higher diagnostic accuracy(AUC 0.953).Compared with CT alone(Kappa value 0.669)and MRI(Kappa value 0.742),the consistency of Kappa value between MRI dynamic enhancement plus CT and pathological stage was higher(0.882).Conclusion The combination of MRI dynamic enhancement and CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy and determine the preoperative stage of endometrial carcinoma,so it can provide assistance for the selection of clinical treatment.
