Clinical application of ultrasound bone mineral density measurement in different age groups and different stages of pregnancy and perinatal period
Objective To analyze the results of ultrasound bone mineral density detection in different age groups and pregnant women. Methods A total of 334 pregnant women were selected to undergo ultrasound bone mineral density examination at different stages of pregnancy and perinatal period.Bone mineral density in the first trimester(<14 weeks),the second trimester(≥14 weeks<28 weeks),the third trimester(≥28 weeks)and the postpartum period were compared. Results The SOS,T values and Z values in different stages of pregnancy and perinatal period were in the dynamic change process, and the SOS,T values and Z values in the middle pregnancy were the lowest. The comparison of SOS,T values and Z values in different stages of pregnancy and perinatal period had statistical significance(P<0.05).The highest SOS value and the lowest T value and Z value were found in women aged 25-35 years, followed by those aged>35 years, those aged<25 years had the lowest SOS value and the highest T value and Z value.Comparison of ultrasound bone mineral density in different age groups at different stages of pregnancy and perinatal period showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion There are great differences in ultrasound bone mineral density(BMD)detection results among different age groups and pregnant women.Providing ultrasound bone mineral density measurement for pregnant women is helpful to provide guidance for accurate clinical assessment of BMD and the formulation of precise calcium supplement plans and programs,it is worthy of clinical application.
