To analyze the MRI features of cervical cancer and its application value in staging diagnosis of cervical cancer
Objective To analyze the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)features of cervical cancer and its application value in staging diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods 62 patients with cervical cancer were selected, all of whom received MRI diagnosis, and pathological diagnosis was the gold standard. The accuracy and coincidence rate of staging diagnosis were compared. Results There was no significant difference between MRI and pathological diagnosis in stage Ⅰb,Ⅱa,Ⅱb,Ⅲ a,Ⅲb and Ⅳ(P>0.05).The accuracy of pathological diagnosis of stage Ⅰ a was higher than that of MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rates of infiltrating vagina, uterine body and pelvic lymph node metastasis in diffusion-weighted MRI were higher than those in conventional MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI can play a positive role in the staging diagnosis of cervical cancer, and the clinical application can be given priority according to the need.
