Changes of electrocardiogram in pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy and its clinical significance
Objective To explore and analyze the changes of electrocardiogram in pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy and its clinical significance. Methods 60 pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected as the study group.Another 60 normal pregnant women waiting for delivery in the same period were selected as the reference group.Electrocardiogram(ECG)was used in both groups to compare the results and pregnancy outcomes. Results There were statistically significant differences in various ECG examination indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).The detection rate of ECG abnormality in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with abnormal ECG was higher than that in pregnant women without abnormal ECG,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrocardiogram examination of pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy can find that most of them have abnormal electrocardiogram, which can be dealt with in time to ensure the safety of pregnant women.
