Objective To explore the clinical value of the pentalogy test for vaginitis in the routine examination of leucorrhea. Methods 81 patients who underwent routine examination of leucorrhea were selected, all of whom underwent microscope examination and vaginitis quinary examination, and the results were observed. Results Compared with the microscope method, there was no significant difference in the detection of leucocytosis, trichomonas vaginalis and lactobacillus(P>0.05).The detection rate of candida vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis was higher by the five-test method than by microscopic examination(P<0.05).Microscopic examination detected 6 cases of degree Ⅰ,20 cases of degree Ⅱ,27 cases of degree Ⅲ and 28 cases of degree Ⅳ.There were 7 cases of grade 1,20 cases of grade 11,26 cases of grade Ⅲ,and 28 cases of grade Ⅳ detected by the five-test method. There was no statistical significance between the two test methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The pentalogy test of vaginitis has high application value in the routine examination of leucorrhea and is worthy of clinical promotion.
