Clinical analysis of 62 cases of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound
Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of color ultrasound on suspected gynecological acute abdomen patients. Methods 62 suspected obstetrics and gynecology patients with acute abdomen were selected as the research subjects.Abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound diagnosis were performed on all selected patients. The diagnostic results of abdominal ultrasound were used as the control group, and the diagnostic results of vaginal ultrasound were used as the observation group.Compare the accuracy of diagnosis between two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy, detection rate, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of obstetric and gynecological emergencies in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment time requirements for gynecological acute abdomen are high, and the accuracy of color ultrasound diagnosis is good.Among them, vaginal ultrasound diagnosis has a higher effect and is worthy of attention.
