Nursing case management of dot matrix carbon dioxide laser treatment for sclerotic lichen of the vulva in young girls
Objective To explore the nursing experience of dot matrix carbon dioxide laser treatment for sclerotic lichen of the vulva in young girls.Methods A case of dot-matrix carbon dioxide laser was selected for treatment of sclerotic vulvar moss in young female.While nursing before and after laser treatment,the patient's family members were well educated on the patient's home care.Results The patient was able to cooperate with various operations during carbon dioxide laser treatment.After point-array carbon dioxide laser treatment,the burning sensation of vulva skin was relieved,the itching feeling was relieved,and home nursing care was in place,and no complications occurred.Conclusion For patients with sclerotic lichen treated with carbon dioxide laser in clinical practice,nursing staff carry out systematic nursing case management,provide psychological care,health education,home care guidance,follow-up and other nursing measures for patients,obtain support and cooperation from patients and their families,ensure the smooth progress of dot matrix carbon dioxide laser treatment,correctly handle adverse reactions after treatment,and have no related treatment complications.
