Application of humanistic care nursing intervention in chemotherapy treatment of ovarian cancer patients and its influence on adverse reactions and negative emotions
Objective To observe the application of humanistic care nursing intervention in chemotherapy of ovarian cancer patients,and the impact on adverse reactions and negative emotions of patients.Methods 60 patients with ovarian cancer receiving chemotherapy were selected and divided into control group(30 cases receiving routine nursing intervention)and observation group(30 cases receiving humanistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing)by random number table method.The incidence of adverse reactions and negative emotions during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results During the nursing period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than that in the control group 43.33%(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing intervention in chemotherapy treatment of ovarian cancer patients can effectively reduce the risk of complications,and has a positive effect on improving the negative emotions of patients.
