Effects of narrative nursing on negative emotions, nursing satisfaction and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids
Objective To investigate the effects of narrative nursing on negative emotions, nursing satisfaction and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids. Methods 78 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received narrative nursing.Negative emotions, nursing satisfaction and postoperative rehabilitation were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)after nursing in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The temperature recovery time, hospitalization time and inflammation regression time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing for patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids has an obvious regulating effect on the negative emotional state of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
