The effect of innovative nursing model with homogeneous medical concept on self-efficacy and negative emotion of patients after cervical cancer surgery
Objective To explore the effect of innovative nursing model with homogeneous medical concept on self-efficacy and negative emotion of patients after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with innovative nursing model based on the same medical concept.Self-efficacy,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-efficacy and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the innovative nursing model with the same medical concept in patients with cervical cancer after surgery can effectively improve the patients'self-efficacy,encourage them to actively cooperate with the intervention work,and achieve a more ideal intervention effect,which can effectively improve their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
