Quantitative evaluation mode during hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and nursing intervention effect in the operating room
Objective To explore the value and significance of nursing interventions in the operating room under the quantitative evaluation mode for patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy. Methods 68 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine operating room care, while the observation group received operating room care guided by a quantitative evaluation model.Compare the intraoperative bleeding volume, surgical time, and negative psychological scores of postoperative patients between two groups. Results The observation group had less bleeding compared to the control group, shorter surgical time, and lower scores in anxiety and depression dimensions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When performing endometrial polypectomy under hysteroscopy, providing patients with operating room care and guided by a quantitative evaluation model can significantly improve surgical outcomes and alleviate negative psychological reactions. It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
