Analysis of the applied value of the nursing intervention of laparoscopic oophorectomy in the minimally invasive operating room
Objective To analyze the clinical value of minimally invasive operating room nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic oophorectomy. Methods 70 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic oophorectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional operating room nursing intervention, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive operating room nursing intervention, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time, postoperative activity time, exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter, and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was 5.71%lower than that in the control group 22.86%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the satisfaction of minimally invasive operating room nursing in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive operating room nursing intervention for laparoscopic oophorectomy patients can improve the quality of surgery, prevent complications, and promote harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
