Observation on the effect of systematic nursing in the intervention of patients with functional uterine bleeding
Objective To analyze the application value of systematic nursing in the intervention of patients with functional uterine bleeding.Methods 100 patients with functional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given systematic nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the indexes of hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic nursing for patients with functional uterine bleeding has significant advantages,which can effectively improve the physical function of patients and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,and has clinical application and promotion value.
