The effect of predictive nursing model on pregnancy outcomes in patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy
Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing model on pregnancy outcome of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy. Methods 100 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 50 cases each. The observation group received predictive nursing, the control group received routine nursing, and the blood pressure level and pregnancy outcome before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,SBP and DBP levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section and neonatal transfer at 34 weeks were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the rate of natural delivery was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing model in patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy can stabilize blood pressure level and improve pregnancy outcome, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
