Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing in women undergoing cesarean section and its influence on their anxiety and depression.Methods 120 cases were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group added psychological nursing on the basis of the control group,and compared the anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in maternity care of cesarean section can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of the parturients and contribute to the recovery of their mental health and illness.
