Application value analysis of standardized nursing model in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To observe the application value of standardized nursing mode in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 76 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing+standardized nursing mode)according to random drawing method,with 38 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The absence time of lumbar and abdominal pain,temperature recovery time and normal time of vaginal secretion examination in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The anxiety scores and pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized nursing mode in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can improve clinical symptoms,relieve anxiety,relieve pain and enhance nursing satisfaction.
