Analysis of the effect of refined nursing intervention on the recovery of parturients and the quality of obstetric care after cesarean section
Objective To analyze the effect of refined nursing intervention on the recovery of parturients and the quality of obstetric care after cesarean section. Methods 96 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases each. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with refined nursing intervention, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The exhaust time, autonomic urination time, getting out of bed time and total hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.08%)was lower than that in the control group(4.17%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing intervention is conducive to improving the recovery efficiency of cesarean section, improving the quality of obstetric care, reducing the incidence of complications and promoting early recovery of parturient women.
