Application effect of high frequency hyperthermia in postoperative care of gynecological abdominal operation
Objective To explore the application effect of high frequency hyperthermia in gynecological abdominal operation after nursing. Methods 60 patients receiving gynecological abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received postoperative routine nursing, and the observation group combined with high-frequency hyperthermia nursing on the basis of routine nursing, and compared the postoperative pain degree and wound healing of the two groups. Results The 24 h postoperative pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Grade A healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the grade B healing rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency hyperthermia nursing has a remarkable effect in promoting recovery after gynecological abdominal surgery, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
