Objective To observe the application effect of continuity of care in patients with vaginitis.Methods 70 patients with vaginitis and divide them into two groups using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received continuity care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients(97.14％)was higher than that of the control group(82.86％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of continuity of care in patients with vaginitis has a better therapeutic effect,can improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
