The incidence and risk factors of postpartum stress urinary incontinence and the intervention effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training
Objective To explore the incidence and risk factors of postpartum stress urinary incontinence and the intervention effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training. Methods 115 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence were selected and randomly divided into a control group(57 cases, receiving routine intervention)and a study group(58 cases, receiving comprehensive intervention)using a random number table method. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the vaginal muscle strength, pelvic floor function, and urodynamic indicators of both groups of patients were better than before intervention, and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The main influencing factors of postpartum stress urinary incontinence are the mode of delivery, the presence of urinary incontinence before pregnancy, and the occurrence of urinary incontinence during pregnancy.Cesarean section is a protective factor for postpartum stress urinary incontinence(P<0.05);Vaginal delivery and urinary incontinence during pregnancy are risk factors for post delivery stress urinary incontinence(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can promote the recovery of vaginal muscle strength in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence. At the same time, the incidence of stress urinary incontinence after vaginal delivery is high, the occurrence of urinary incontinence during pregnancy can increase its probability.
