Clinical analysis of hysteroscopic electrohysterectomy and total transabdominal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine submucosal myoma
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrohysterectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine submucosal myoma. Methods 68 patients with uterine submucous myoma were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with total abdominal hysterectomy, and the study group was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection. The rehabilitation indexes and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, the first postoperative anal exhaust time, the first postoperative getting out of bed time and the length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electroresection can effectively reduce the risk of complications and promote the early recovery of patients with submucous myoma.
