Analysis of the influence of different time of induction of labor on maternal and infant outcomes of non-high risk primipara without pregnancy complications
Objective To study the effect of different time of induction of labor on maternal and infant outcomes of non-high risk primipara without pregnancy complications. Methods 80 cases of non-high-risk primipara without pregnancy complications were selected and numbered(1~80),among which No.1~40 was the control group(41~41+6 weeks of pregnancy induced),and No.41~80 was the research group(40~40+6 weeks of pregnancy induced),with 40 cases in each group. The outcomes of mothers and infants in the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05)in induction of labor, cervical maturation promotion, induction failure rate, cesarean section rate, transfer rate to intensive care unit,Apgar score<7 within 1 min and Apgar score<7 within 5 min.The first, second and total labor time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Early induction of labor cycle does not increase the adverse outcome of mother and child, and can shorten the labor time, high safety, worthy of clinical promotion.
