Clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade and B-lynch suture on postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To exploring the clinical effect of uterine balloon filling and B-lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 106 postpartum hemorrhage parturients were selected and randomly divided into a filling group(treated with uterine balloon filling)and a suturing group(treated with B-lynch suture)using a random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, trauma stress indicators, and bleeding indicators of the tamponade group and suture group were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both uterine balloon tamponade and B-lynch suture can be used in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, which can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce adverse reactions, alleviate traumatic stress reaction and reduce the amount of blood loss after treatment, and are worthy of clinical promotion.
