Effect of perineal massage combined with moderate protection delivery technology on perineal laceration during delivery
Objective To explore the application effect of perineal massage combined with moderate protection in delivery of perineal laceration. Methods 90 cases of parturient women were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional protective perineal delivery technique, and the observation group was treated with perineal massage combined with moderate protective delivery technique. Results The incidence of perineal laceration and lateral resection rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the 24 h postpartum blood loss,VAS score and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perineal massage combined with moderate protection during delivery is accurate, which is helpful to reduce perineal injury, reduce perineal lateral incision rate, and promote postpartum recovery.
