Clinical application effect of uterine distention method with pressure gauge pressure bag instead of uterine distention instrument
Objective To study the clinical application effect of the dilatation method with pressure gauge bag instead of dilatation instrument.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with dilation using pressure gauge bag(new method,observation group)from August to December 2022 and 50 patients with dilation using dilation instrument(old method,control group)from November 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The total working time(T1),operation time(T2),intraoperative complications,advantages and disadvantages of clinical application and satisfaction of medical staffwith the new method were compared between the two groups.Results The T1 and T2 of observation group were shorter than that of control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of doctors and nurses with the new method was 100%.Conclusion The method of uterine dilatation with pressure gauge pressure bag instead of uterine dilatation instrument has more clinical application value.
