In China,the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis after gynecological tumors was 0.2%～15.6%.Once the embolus falls off,it will cause acute pulmonary embolism,affecting the quality of life and prognosis of patients,and even endangering the life of patients.However,due to the time-consuming and complicated laparoscopic operation,the establishment of pneumoperitoneum during operation,and the position during operation,the incidence of venous thrombosis of lower extremity increased.Therefore,it is very important for patients to take active and effective measures to prevent the occurrence of lower limb venous thrombosis in gynecological tumor surgery.
