Influence of Climen combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction on the treatment of symptoms of climacteric syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical value of Climen combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods 100 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into study group(Ganmai Dazao decoction+Climen treatment)and control group(Climen treatment)based on random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Results After treatment,the modified Kupperman score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of 100%in the study group was higher than 76.00%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the menopause rating scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the score of perimenopausal quality of life scale in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Climen combined with Ganmai Dazao Decoction can significantly improve climacteric symptoms,clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with climacteric syndrome,which has clinical application value.
