The effect of minimally invasive surgery combined with thunder fire moxibustion and femoston treatment on endometrial receptivity in patients
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive surgery combined with thunder fire moxibustion and Femoston treatment on endometrial receptivity in patients.Methods 120 patients with endometrial infertility were selected and treated with minimally invasive endometrial surgery under hysteroscopy.After surgery,they were randomly divided into Group A,Group B,and Group C,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Femoston medication,Group B was treated with Thunder Fire Moxibustion,and Group C was treated with Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with Femoston.Compare the clinical outcomes of three groups of patients.Results The changes in menstrual blood loss score and Salle score in Group C were the highest compared to Group A and Group B.The embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate were also the highest compared to Group A and Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of minimally invasive surgery,thunder fire moxibustion,and Femoston treatment can help improve the menstrual condition of patients,increase endometrial receptivity,and pregnancy rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
