Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Gentiana Biejia powder in the treatment of female menopausal hyperhidrosis patients.Methods 50 patients with menopausal hyperhidrosis and divide them into two groups using a random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the research group received treatment with modified Gentiana Biejia powder.Compare the clinical treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(fatigue,restlessness,insomnia,dizziness,and headache),and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The clinical treatment effect of the research group was better than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).The symptom scores of fatigue,restlessness,insomnia,frequent dreaming,dizziness and headache in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The implementation of modified Gentiana Biejia powder for the treatment of menopausal hyperhidrosis patients has a definite therapeutic effect,which can actively improve symptoms such as fatigue,insomnia,and dreams.The treatment method is relatively safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
