Objective To explore the value of misoprostol combined with superconducting visual painless abortion in first pregnant women with high risk abortion factors.Methods 60 patients undergoing abortion were selected and divided into study group(misoprostol+superconducting visual painless abortion)and control group(conventional painless abortion)according to different surgical methods,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P＜0.05).After operation,the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the first pregnant women with high risk abortion factors,the value of combined application of misoprostol and superconducting visual painless abortion is in line with the study expectation,can improve the effect of uterine enlargement and surgical quality,and is beneficial to the postoperative recovery process of patients,and has ideal application value.
