Clinical study of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate on pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods 88 patients with PIH were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate injection, and the study group was treated with labetalol combined with the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 7 days of treatment, the levels of cystatin(CysC)and homocysteine(Hcy)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment, systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PIH patients with labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate can achieve satisfactory results and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
