The effect of the aura abortion of progesterone+ground flexion and vertical progesterone and the impact on the level of hormone levels
Objective To exploration of the effect of progesterone combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of threatened miscarriage and its impact on hormone levels. Methods 58 patients with threatened miscarriage were selected and divided into a reference group and a study group based on different treatment methods, with 29 cases in each group. They were treated with either a single progesterone or a combination of progesterone and progesterone, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of estradiol, human chorionic gonadotropin, and progesterone in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the study group had less vaginal bleeding and lower pain scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 89.66%,which was higher than that of the reference group's 55.17%(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of progesterone combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of threatened miscarriage patients can help improve hormone levels, alleviate pain, and enhance efficacy, which is worthy of clinical application.
