Study of the efficacy of multimodal ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in menopausal and premenopausal patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma
Objective To investigate the efficacy of multimodal ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in menopausal and premenopausal patients with papillary thyroid cancer. Methods 100 cases of menopausal and premenopausal PTC patients treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The image features of nodular lesions were extracted according to the results of multimodal ultrasound. The clinical prediction model was constructed by independent risk factor analysis, and the multimodal imaging features were extracted to construct the multimodal ultrasonic image omics prediction model. Results Multiple nodules, capsular invasion, microcalcification and nodule enhancement were independent risk factors for cervical lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of clinical prediction model for cervical lymph node metastasis were 77.50%and 86.67%respectively,and the multimodal imaging model was 92.43%and 88.57%respectively.Conclusion The value of multimodal ultrasonography in predicting cervical lymph node movement in menopausal and premenopausal PTC patients is higher than that of the prediction framework based on independent risk factors.
