Role of quantitative real-time PCR detection in clinical testing of high-risk HPV infection
Objective To analyze the role of real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)detection method in clinical testing of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection. Methods 80 suspected high-risk HPV infection patients were selected, all of whom underwent second-generation hybrid capture method(HC Ⅱ)and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection. The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to analyze the value of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection. Results The accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR were 97.50%,98.51%,and 92.31%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the 78.75%,88.06%,and 38.46%of HCⅡ(P<0.05);The detection rates of CIN Ⅰ 100%and chronic cervicitis 92.31%in real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR diagnosis were significantly higher than those of HC Ⅱ 88.10%and 46.15%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection can significantly improve the clinical testing accuracy of high-risk HPV infection patients and enhance the targeted treatment methods.
