Four-dimensional ultrasound of pelvic floor can evaluate the effect of electrostimulation biofeedback in patients with PFD
Objective To investigate the application value of electrostimulation biofeedback therapy in four dimensional ultrasound of pelvic floor in women with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction(PFD).Methods 68 patients with PFD were selected to undergo biofeedback therapy with electrical stimulation, and four-dimensional ultrasound of the pelvic floor was used before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical effect of the patients. Results The pelvic floor muscle strength and systolic pressure after treatment were higher than before treatment, and the 1-h urine pad test data were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the thickness of levator anal muscle at rest and Valsalva was higher than before treatment, and the diameter of levator anal hiatus, the area of levator anal hiatus and the posterior bladder Angle were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The movement degree of bladder neck and rotation Angle of urethra after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor 4D ultrasound to examine PFD patients before and after electrostimulation biofeedback therapy can effectively clarify the actual condition of the body and further understand the pelvic floor muscle function, which can provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.
