The effect of abortion care on improving negative emotions and quality of life of adolescent induced abortion patients after surgery
Objective To explore the effect of improving the care and care for abortion in adolescent induced abortion patients.Methods 202 adolescent induced abortion patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group(101 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing after abortion,and the observation group was given individualized care for abortion.Negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abortion care can effectively improve the negative emotions of adolescent induced abortion patients and has positive significance for improving the quality of life.
