Effect of multiple educational support combined with empathic nursing intervention on patients undergoing endometrial cancer surgery
Objective to explore the effect of multiple educational support combined with empathic nursing intervention in patients undergoing endometrial cancer surgery.Methods 68 patients with endometrial cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to lottery method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,the observation group was treated with diversified education support combined with empathic nursing intervention,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and self-care ability scale(ESCA)were higher than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diversified education support combined with empathic nursing intervention for patients with endometrial cancer surgery can effectively improve their physical and mental state,improve nursing satisfaction,and enhance their nursing ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
