Effect analysis of psychological intervention combined with cluster nursing on pregnant women with cervical dysfunction
Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention combined with cluster nursing on the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with cervical dysfunction.Methods 100 pregnant women with cervical dysfunction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took cluster nursing,the observation group took cluster nursing combined with psychological intervention,and compared the application effect of the two groups.Results The term yield of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in delivery mode between the two groups(P>0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage rate and infection rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the ICU transfer rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in average birth weight between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with cluster nursing can improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with cervical dysfunction,which has clinical value.
