Objective To explore the effect of implementing high-quality nursing service model for cesarean section parturients.Methods 89 parturients undergoing cesarean section were selected and divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(43 cases)by multi-stage sampling.The observation group was treated with high-quality nursing service mode,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The psychological state,pain,nursing satisfaction,postoperative rehabilitation and lactation of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,first anal exhaust time,lactation start time and hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and visual analog scale(VAS)were all lower than those in the control group.Nursing satisfaction was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.72%).The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of high-quality nursing service mode can effectively shorten the operation time,adjust the psychological state,reduce the postoperative pain,accelerate the prognosis and recovery,promote lactation and improve nursing satisfaction.
