Effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of total hysterectomy in patients with adenomyosis
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing for adenomyosis patients undergoing total hysterectomy. Methods 60 patients with adenomyosis who underwent total hysterectomy were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing, the observation group took comprehensive nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, the postoperative blood loss was(105.23±21.12)ml,the postoperative pain score was(3.45±1.45),the time of getting out of bed was(35.01±4.11)h,and the time of hospitalization was(4.15±0.25)d.In the control group, the postoperative blood loss was(158.17±21.22)ml,the postoperative pain score was(5.32±1.34),the time of getting out of bed was(45.72±4.23)h,and the length of hospitalization was(6.54±1.52)d.The postoperative blood loss and postoperative pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the time to get out of bed and stay in hospital were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total satisfaction of the study group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with adenomyosis undergoing total hysterectomy is very significant, which has clinical value.
